The R2 is a personal transportation device, in the category of a “rover”. Imagine a Segway without the bulk. With a sleek, streamlined design, and two separate motors, the R2 is guaranteed to be an experience unlike any other. Incredibly easy to ride, the R2 can be relaxing, or thrilling, depending on your riding style.
How Does it Work?
The R2 features gyroscopic technology, the same as found in Segway. Two sensors (one under each foot pad) detect the micro-movements in your feet and ankles, and relay that information to the motors. Just point your toes down to go forward, and put your weight into your heels to go backwards. The sensors are incredibly active, and within minutes of roving, it begins to feel “intuitive”.
Where can I rove with the R2?
The R2 thrives on smooth surfaces. Concrete, carpet, asphalt, the R2 makes easy roving out of all of them. It’s not recommended that you ride the R2 on grass, but dry dirt should be okay.

We try our best to ship all orders out within 2-3 business days of successful payment. High order volume could result in longer shipping time. You will be updated with a tracking number by email once the order is successfully shipped. Once the order leaves our warehouse, we cannot reroute the package until it arrives at your address.
If you wish to cancel your order, a member of our support team can provide you with a return shipping label once the package arrives at your address. We appreciate your patience, and will keep you updated throughout the entire shipment process.

Worldwide Express (14-20 business days)
Our standard shipping method, Worldwide Express, refers to one of several international shipping options. Orders with this shipping method will ship from our overseas warehouse. Orders typically arrive in 14-20 business days days from leaving our facility. When your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via automated email.
Please note that the tracking number provided to you will not update until the package arrives in the destination country, at which point the carrier will update the estimated time of delivery and location tracking services. Until reaching the final country shipping labels will read 'Label Created'. The delay in updating your tracking number is caused by a delay between the frieght forwarders overseas, and the shipping carriers in the US or other destination countries. There is nothing we can do to expedite your order once it leaves our warehouse.
As it may take several days for the tracking number to update this information, we appreciate your patience in advance. Please note that additional customs/duties fees may apply to some countries. These fees will be at the responsibility of the customer.
United Parcel Services (3-5 days, US addresses - Only availble for select models)
Shipping via UPS Ground is a fast and efficient way for us to help you get roving in record time! Average delivery time is within 3-5 days of placing your order. When your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email. This tracking number is accurate from the second it is created until the second it arrives at your doorstep, so you do not need to worry about where on Earth your package is currently located. Please note that this service is for US shipping addresses only. International orders must choose the Worldwide Express standard shipping method.
We currently do not offer overnight or express shipping at this time.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from MonoRover, you may return it within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping and handling fees to send the unit(s) back, and MonoRover does not accept responsibility of the package until it arrives at our facility and is signed for by a member of our team. Items returned for refund must be returned within 15 days of delivery to the customer. Under no circumstances will we issue refunds after 15 days of verified date of delivery.
Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to MonoRover are the responsibility of the customer. To receive a return form and RMA number, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to speak with one of our representatives. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number and return form within the packaging. Please note that our support team cannot provide RMA numbers over the phone, only via email.
